Payments & Refund Policy


Website Payment Methods

  • Payment can be made by any major prepay, credit or debit card via Stripe.
  • We accept the following card payment methods through our Payment Service Provider (PSP) Stripe: MasterCard, American Express & VISA.
  • By placing an order you consent to payment being charged to your prepay/debit/credit card .
  • Unless alternative arrangements are confirmed in writing, you must pay 100% of the price of the product/s or service/s in advance. If you pay us by credit card or debit card we will take payment from you card immediately.
  • We may contact you should any problems occur with the authorisation of your payment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We would like to reassure customers regarding our policy on refunds.

Clients may cancel any order, other than training & coaching, at least 24 hours in advance of any works actually beginning. A full refund, with a zero cancellation will apply.

Any works to be billed at daily / hourly rate that have begun will be invoiced at the usual daily / hourly rate for all times already spend on the project.

Any fixed price projects other than training/coaching, that are cancelled before the project is completed will be billed at a pro-rata basis. We aim to be flexible, accommodating and reasonable in our dealings on billings, cancellations and refunds. We are acutely aware that since the COVID crisis, and more employees working remotely or from home, technology such as Zoom can be affected by poor broadband or even poor weather. Where technology has been the cause of a session not going ahead, we will be reasonable & accommodating. We fully support the adage, “We are all in this together”.

Less than 24 hrs notice. 25% of full fee
Less than 2 Days notice. 15% of full fee
Greater than 2 Days notice. 0% of full fee
After Training/Coaching has begun 100% of full fee
